However, we understand that mistakes can occasionally be discovered after a booking has been completed. If your reservation was booked through Northcrest Travels, we can assist with submitting name correction requests to the airline on your behalf.

Important Limitations

Name corrections and name changes are always subject to the airline's policies, fare rules, and approval requirements. While many airlines permit minor spelling corrections, some tickets may not be eligible for modification.

In cases where a name correction is not permitted under the airline's policy, Northcrest Travels will make reasonable efforts to contact the airline and explore any available remediation options on behalf of the traveler. However, we cannot guarantee that a correction, waiver, exception, or reissue request will be approved.
